I specialize in medical–legal consulting for neonatal, obstetric, postpartum, and pediatric injury cases, including birth injury and NICU-related claims, maternal complications, postpartum negligence, and cases involving infant or maternal harm.

My work focuses on early case screening and ongoing medical analysis in matters where clear understanding of medical care, standards of practice, and causation is critical.

I provide medical–legal consulting services to support attorneys handling neonatal, obstetric, postpartum, and pediatric injury cases. Services may include:

· Standard-of-care and causation analysis, including literature support

· Review of deposition testimony in relation to medical records

· Expert identification and liaison support

Early medical case screening is offered at a flat fee of $1,250.00, which includes targeted record review, a written screening summary, and a follow-up consultation.

Ongoing medical–legal consulting services are billed at an hourly rate of $175.00, with detailed Bi-Monthly invoicing. Additional details regarding services and engagement structure are outlined on the Services page.

Once we determine that collaboration is a good fit, services are initiated through a written service agreement and fee schedule. This ensures clarity regarding scope of work, fees, confidentiality, and expectations for both parties.

 Turnaround time varies based on case complexity and record volume. Most early case screenings and initial medical reviews are completed within 7–14 business days following receipt of records. Expedited or rush services may be available by request and are subject to availability. 

 Yes. I provide objective, evidence-based medical analysis in support of both plaintiff and defense matters. My role is to clarify medical issues, evaluate standards of care, and support a clear understanding of the facts to assist attorneys in developing informed case strategy. 

 Yes. I provide consulting services to attorneys nationwide. Medical record review, case analysis, and consulting support are conducted remotely and securely, allowing me to assist legal teams across the United States in a timely and HIPAA-compliant manner. 

 I do not currently serve as a testifying expert witness. However, I provide expert identification and preparation support as part of my consulting services.

Support may include assisting counsel in identifying appropriate expert specialties, reviewing expert qualifications, and preparing organized record materials to facilitate expert review. When needed, I collaborate with qualified neonatal, obstetric, and pediatric medical experts selected by counsel.
