About Patricia Conway
I founded Perspective Legal Nurse Consulting to bring clarity, integrity, and clinically grounded insight to attorneys handling neonatal, obstetric, postpartum, and pediatric injury cases. This work is not only a professional focus, but a natural extension of years spent at the bedside—where clinical decisions carry lasting consequences and details matter deeply.
With over two decades of hands-on experience caring for fragile newborns, supporting mothers through postpartum recovery, and guiding families through high-acuity medical situations, I have witnessed firsthand the complexities of perinatal and pediatric care. My clinical background spans Level III and Level II NICUs, postpartum units, and pediatric care, shaping both my clinical judgment and my understanding of how medical decisions unfold in real time.
In addition to my clinical experience, I bring more than 18 years of background in business operations, finance, and teaching. This perspective allows me to support attorneys not only through detailed medical record analysis, but also through clear communication of findings that support case strategy, expert collaboration, and informed decision-making.
Outside of consulting and bedside nursing, I am a proud mother who values intentional, balanced living. Whether supporting attorneys through complex litigation or caring for my family, I approach my work with clarity, care, and professionalism.
